Crazy Bubbles

So this is an attempt of me just writing out some of my thoughts about everything!
I am 41 years old and have 3 amazing kids and one husband.  And I can't forget my Tucker, my lazy fat dog!
I always struggle with my weight and staying in shape.  I love to work out and have been doing Spartan Races for 2-3 years now. I just get into these funks that I stop working out and then I eat crap and feel terrible about it! My main problem is keeping a schedule. My husband works shift work so I can't take advantage of classes everyday or week b/c his work. so my problem is finding a schedule that works with his and three kids.  I now work 2 jobs part time but having to run from one job to home to another job on some days can get a little crazy.
So my goal is to workout when I am at work which is 3 days a week( I work at a YMCA). And the other days will be my cardio days of running! Which I haven't done in forever!  I love to run. I never thought i would like it until I had no choice but to do it since i was taking a boot camp and running was part of it. And then when someone said.."Walt you run" wasn't' because I was heavy but i just always hated to run so it was a surprise when I said I wanted to start.  So that made me want to prove to myslef and my husband that I could do it!
And you know what I DID!!! I started out with 5k races and then 10k.....then Broad street!!! 10 miles! After that I was like....whats another 3 miles....so I convinced my BFF to do it! And for two years we trained for Half and even a duatholon.  then a friend of ours talked us into doing a mud run.  I was a little like EWWWW!  But then when we did it I LOVED it and it was so awesome! It broke up the normal running with obstacles....it was great.
So now my Bff and another friend do spartan races. Which are sometimes really hard and sometimes not as hard as we think they are going to be.  The past two years we did a trifecta  each year.  this year we are going to try and do a double trifecta.
I will apologize now for how my bogs are going to be so random because that is how my mind work. Every one always makes fun and says  I am like a Dog.....get distracted very easy.
So today I am working 9:15-6. might do a little cardio after work i will see how tired I am since I have been working everyday this week. As my husband has been working also so I have basically been a single mom this week! LOL!
